We regret to inform you that, in consideration of the state of customer usage, the C-DA Service will be terminated at the end of July 2026.

Please note that only the C-DA function of the app will be discontinued. All other app functions will continue to be available.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause customers using this service, and thank you for your understanding.

The T-Connect C-DA Service you are currently subscribed to will be automatically canceled, and therefore, no action is required from our customers.

Navigation functions that do not use T-Connect C-DA communication will continue to be available for use.

Why is service being terminated?

We are terminating service in consideration of the state of usage by our customers.

Are there alternative services available?

No. However, the T-Connect service is available for other vehicle models.

How will I be informed?

Information will be provided verbally at dealerships as well as on our website.
For existing customers, notifications regarding the service termination will begin one year prior (end of July 2025) through various methods (notification, push notification, mail).

What do I need to do when service is terminated?

No action is required. The service will be automatically canceled.

Will the navigation function be available after service termination?

Navigation, audio, and other functions that do not use T-Connect C-DA communication will continue to be available for use.
